Man jailed for burglary

A MAN was sentenced to three yeas in prison after being caught by police whilst still in the house he was burgling.
Michael Calliste, 31 of Lea Road, Southall was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court at the end of May.
The incident in Princes Park Avenue in Hayes on February 27 where police were called to the scene at 7.15pm after the Calliste had entered the upstairs bedroom of the house. Acting Police Sergeant Damian Goddard - Lane, said: "This is an excellent example of the Boroughs fight against burglary and the police teams working together to achieve results. In this case the Borough Tasking Unit and the Botwell Safer Neighbourhoods team were able to catch this criminal in the act."
