Robbers target cash in transit van

ROBBERS assaulted a driver as he returned to a cash-in-transit van from a bank.
The incident happened in front of Natwest bank in Coldharbour Lane, Hayes yesterday (Tuesday) at about 10.45am. Two suspects who made off with the box.
Police attended the scene as did the air ambulance, the victim's injuries were minor.
It appears no weapons were used by the suspects during the incident.
