Man charged with inciting sexual activity with teenager

A HAYES man has been charged with inciting sexual activity with a teenage girl.

Jason John Howell, 39, of Avondale Drive, Hayes, was charged with four counts of inciting the 13-year-old girl to touch his penis with her hand.

He is due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court for trial on October 20.
