Ravi Gupta, of Carlyon Road, Hayes, lied about the histories and incomes of dozens of clients' to bolster their visa applications.

His company, Surge Global Solutions based in Imperial Drive, Harrow, was investigated by the UK Border Agency (UKBA), and the 41 year-old Indian national was arrested after a raid on his home, in November 2010.

Gupta, 41, was jailed for four and a half years in August 2011 after admitting fourteen charges of assisting illegal immigration, and one charge of obtaining leave to remain by deception.

He was back in the dock on March 2, when he was given six months to give up £245,950 he was found to have made from the fraud, or he would have his jail sentence extended.
